    How is customer data handled?

    We are SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliant. The integrity and security of customer data is extremely important to us.     Which models do you use?

    We use Anthropic’s Sonnet 3.5, 3.7, and 4 under the hood to generate our designs.

    What is a "message"?

    We count a “message” as a chat message to the AI, e.g. whenever you type something into the chat and send it, that counts as one message or one “credit.” Note that we don’t count “Fix with AI” messages or retry messages as a credit because when it errors that’s on us.

    Where is data stored?

    Data is stored in the United States. Specifically, our primary database is hosted on AWS. We are a Delaware C-corp, based in San Francisco, California, United States.

    For the Magic Patterns API, we charge 25 cents per generation alongside a $99/mo platform fee.
